If you need a replacement Bluebird card because your existing card is about to expire, you do not have to do anything. You will receive a new card automatically prior to the expiration date.
However, if your card has already expired and you did not receive a replacement card, you should call customer service at the number listed below.

When you call customer service, let them know your card has expired and you have not received a replacement card in the mail. Make sure they did not mail a card to the wrong address.
What to Do if Your Card is Lost or Stolen
If your Bluebird card or the card of a member on your account is lost or stolen, you or the member should call Bluebird Customer Service IMMEDIATELY to report the card lost or stolen and have a new one issued.
There are several reasons why you should call customer service immediately:
First, if your card is lost or stolen, calling them immediately allows them to shut off your missing card to prevent it from being used for fraudulent purchases.
Second, the longer you wait, the more likely it is for your card to fall into the wrong hands and for it to be used for fraud.
Third, if you wait and don’t call sooner, you may be liable for purchases that are made on your card if it was found that you were negligent in reporting your card missing.
